James and Lauren first met while working as personal care caregivers in an assisted living and memory care community in Fort Collins, Colorado. It was there that they discovered a shared passion for caring for older adults and helping them live with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Over the years, both continued to grow in the senior care industry, gaining valuable experience in hands-on caregiving, social services, operations, and community outreach. Their diverse backgrounds have given them a well-rounded understanding of what quality care looks like, not only for clients and their families but also for the caregivers who support them.

With nearly two decades of combined experience serving seniors in Northern Colorado, James and Lauren founded LoveCare Home Care with a shared vision: to provide compassionate, dependable care that helps older adults remain safe and comfortable in their own homes while creating a workplace where caregivers feel genuinely valued and supported.
