James and Lauren first met while working as personal care caregivers in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Fort Collins. Through that experience, it became clear they shared a deep passion for supporting older adults with dignity, compassion, and respect.

As they continued to grow in the senior care field, James and Lauren gained experience across multiple areas of the industry, including caregiving, social services, operations, and community outreach. Together, they bring a unique perspective rooted in both hands-on care and a commitment to building a stronger, more supportive model of home care for families in Loveland and Fort Collins.

With nearly two decades of combined experience serving seniors in Northern Colorado, their mission is simple: to help older adults thrive safely at home while ensuring caregivers feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide exceptional care.
